Use this method to set a tag for a regular member in a group or a supergroup. The bot must be an administrator in the chat for this to work and must have the can_manage_tags administrator right.
Required: chat_id, user_id · Optional: 1 parameters
Limits:
- tag: 0-16 characters

Unique identifier for the target chat or username of the target supergroup (in the format @supergroupusername).
user_id number Required
